Camp Details

Age ranges based on camp weeks:

  • 4–8-year-olds
  • 5–12-year-olds
  • 13-18 year olds
  • 18+
  • Camp Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday
  • Camp Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Fridays
  • No camp held on Monday, July 21
  • There will be no extended day options this year

What to Bring
  • Lunch
  • Two snacks
  • Drink and/or water bottle
  • Medication, registered with the camp nurse and in original packaging
  • Adaptive equipment or augmentative communication devices
  • Comfortable camp clothes suitable for outdoor adventures
  • Closed-toe shoes appropriate for an active day
  • Change of clothes, briefs if needed
  • Bathing suit
  • Towel
  • Sunscreen and bug spray (applied before camp)
Drop-off and Pick-up
  • All individuals must show their driver's license and be either an emergency contact in CampDoc or listed on the drop-off/pick-up list.
  • Drop-offs and pick-ups occur at the Rudofsky Building.
Payment
  • Full Payment is required by May 1, 2025.
  • Rates are listed on our website per week.
  • Limited external financial aid is available; email tbc@eastersealsma.org for assistance options.
  • Refunds will not be issued for participant cancellations or if a participant is dismissed for failing to adhere to the behavioral code of conduct.
Campus Grounds
The campus is on a vast 22 acres which consist of:
  • The Rudofsky Center - second building on campus; location of camper drop-off and pick-up
  • Outdoor pavilion where campers eat lunch
  • Pond
  • Surrounded by woods
  • Multiple outdoor fields
  • Accessible playground
  • Splash pad
  • Equestrian Center
  • Horse paddocks
1:1 Support
  • Personalized 1:1 support is available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.
  • Campers should integrate into programming and follow staff redirection. Safety is paramount.
